New Media and Communications Organizations Present Design Thinking
Event to Elicit Conversation and Inspire Business Differentiation
The DFW Usability Professionals Association (DFW UPA) and Society for
Technical Communication (STC) Lone Star Community (LSC) present Design
Thinking 2007 on the afternoon and evening of Friday, Oct. 19 at the
offices of IMC2.
Chris Bernard, Microsoft user experience evangelist, will be the featured
speaker at the event. He works with the software design, development and
business domains to communicate Microsoft's position on the importance of
user experience in software design.
To honor busy schedules, the unknowns of a new event, and just to be
different, this is a Half-Day-Plus event. The main portion of the event
will be from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. From 6-8 p.m. various 1-2 hour specialty
sessions will be offered.
For detailed information, see our website:
