Senior Call Center Script Writer/Telesales, Healthcare

TechProse has 25 years of expertise in the technical writing and training
fields. We consistently have multiple technical writing assignments at one
time and we are currently looking to expand our pool of technical script
writing consultants. We are currently looking for a Senior Call Center
Script Writer to join our telesales project team for a new 3.5 month
project in Southern California.

The Senior Call Center Script Writer is an integral part of a project team
that helps develop and deliver training material to a new team of
telesales employees selling a new product. The script writer will be
responsible for creating a sales script for these 1,200 new hires and must
be able to take new product information and convert into a sales script
that will help sell this product.  The scripts need to follow healthcare
regulations, be succinct and engaging.

You must be available on a full-time basis during normal business hours
onsite.


Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

1. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of writing call center scripts
2. Experience writing call center scripts for large Healthcare
organizations such as Kaiser, Blue Cross/Shield or Aetna is preferred.
3. Ability to communicate and work closely with a project team.
4. Knowledge of current technological developments/trends for script
writing
5. The ability to drive a project from start to finish is a must.
6. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize among multiple
work items.
7. A self-starter and someone who is resourceful
