We seek an experienced Policy and Procedure Writer to join our Credit and
Compliance team in the Residential Real Estate Division.  The position is
located in our Brea, California, office.

Primary responsibilities include: 

Writing new policies and procedures specific to residential real estate,
working with Policy Committee members, Loan Servicing, Legal, Compliance
and Secondary Marketing, and other support documents
Updating existing policies specific to residential real estate 
Creating and maintaining procedures manuals specific to the Loan
Origination and/or Servicing System(s)
Maintaining the Residential Real Estate Policy Manual, updating as
necessary, working with all Residential Real Estate departments and the
Corporate Legal department
Researching topics through various search engines and regulatory agencies

The ideal candidate possesses: 

·Minimum of three years in sub-prime lending industry with increasing
levels of documentation responsibilities

·Working knowledge of loan operations, wholesale sales process,
residential laws and regulations, and mortgage processing systems

·Excellent oral and written communication skills

·Strong analytical and organizational skills

·Strong PC experience, including all Microsoft Office applications, Adobe
Acrobat and the multi-user version of RoboHelp

·Knowledge and ability to write using InfoMapping techniques
