LRN has a unique opportunity for the right candidate to serve as LRN’s
principal Business interface to assigned clients and responsible for
understanding the ongoing client’s needs and requirements.  Account
Manager will deliver value through implementation and customization of web
software for large client organization, support of delivered services,
renewal and expansion of services.

As a content author, the candidate will write and edit all components of
LCEC library (corporate policies, procedures and compliance training
materials) and other custom user guides and courses.

Essential Duties:

1) Write all elements of new LCEC library and custom content

2) Provide instructional design guidance when needed

3) Interface with customers during the development of custom modules
through meetings, conference calls and emails

4) Improve the overall writing quality of content

5) Develop writing aspects of content prototypes

6) Establish standards of LCEC style

7) Repurpose existing materials into LRN format

8) Write other LRN materials as needed

9) Help select and interview candidates for open writing positions

10) Review and comment on content proposed for modules

11) Work with customers to implement changes to custom modules

12) Other duties as assigned
