Paradigm is seeking a technical writer for a permanent position with a San
Diego biotech company that makes genetic analysis products.

Job Description: 

Develops, writes, designs and edits technical publications for Life
Science environment.  Works on different levels of product documentation
for hardware, software and consumable products. This position also assists
in developing documentation for instructional, descriptive, reference and
promotional purposes.

Required skills: 

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in biology, biochemistry,
chemistry or equivalent with minimum of 5-8 years related experience in
technical writing

Background and experience with genomics / genetic products is a strong
plus

Proficient with FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office

Ability to describe complex processes and products in a clear and concise
manner

Team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills

Ability to work within project teams and towards established timelines.
