Job Description:
We are currently in need of a Consultant with strong Project and People
Management skills, and experience running enterprise-wide documentation
initiatives.  Excellent political skills and ability to manage a large
team are critical.


Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of seven years in Project Management of
technical documentation projects, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of
SAP implementations and SOP development.

Must be able to manage multiple workstreams, and both the project team and
the client subject matter experts.

Tools:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Project).
- Outlook email
- Instant Messenger
- Status reporting documentation.

Successful candidates should be versed in development of global SOPs, not
merely site-specific documents.

- In-depth understanding of business process flows and how they are
impacted by SAP.
- Excellent communications (written & verbal) & team building skills.
- Ability to interface with high-level executives & be cognizant of change
management.
- Knowledge of specific business work. 
- Ability to come up-to-speed quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet multiple and aggressive deadlines.
- Ability to manage and motivate team members.
