Technical Writer - (Palm Desert)

- Provide creative technical writing for consumer audience worldwide &
appropriate technical writing services to all areas of the internal
organization.

- Establish the scope of the documentation effort & lead the writing
effort from outline to completion.  -

Learn about new product from Marketing & Product Development documentation
& early evaluation samples.

- Design & develop product installation, operation, maintenance, safety
warnings & troubleshooting users guide for consumer audience.

- Responsible for the development, research, design & writing of
product-oriented documents, including:
  Marketing collateral, safety standards & warnings, test plans,
installation guides, user manuals, reference guides, responses to Request
for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Statements of Work (SOW),
Policies & Procedures, etc. as needed for specific projects.

- Ability to create excellent documentation within tight deadlines.  

- Excel at proactive, clear, & timely written & spoken communication.
