Job Description:
- Complete responsibility for technical documentation for business unit
products.
- Work with marketing and engineering groups to plan, create, review, edit
and publish technical documentation for new products, and maintain the
accuracy of existing technical documentation.
- Update and manage release notes and readme files for software releases.
- Write and publish Technology Briefs, Competitive Briefs and White
Papers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, quickly changing
environment.

Qualifications:
- BA, BS in English, Communications, Computer Science, Educational
Technology or related discipline,  MS a plus, and 8+ yrs related
experience.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of hardware/software development life cycle.
- Advanced experience using FrameMaker, DreamWeaver and RoboHelp.
- Strong HTML skills, a plus.
- Experience writing technical marketing collaterals.
- Limited travel may be necessary.
