Job Description:

ProEdit has an immediate need for a Technical Writer for a full-time,
on-site, 1-3
month, contract position in Huntington Beach, CA (92647). This position
will be
responsible for creating and updating user guides, online help, and
reference notes
for Web-based software applications for digital printing products. The
successful
candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and be able to self-train
on the
applications in order to develop the documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global company. There is a
possibility
that this contract will be extended.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of technical writing experience in a software
development
environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker and PhotoShop.
- Previous experience using Ms Word and RoboHelp.
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
- Must have relevant writing samples to present.
