Good Morning Everyone,
 
Thank you all again for your suggestions with naming the team. We decided on
Customer Information Services (CIS) under the Customer Care umbrella. 
 
Next, I need to figure out what the "competitive" salary range should be for
each role. I am able to find info for my team members on Salary.com and
Payscale.com (technical wrtier) but nothing for a technical writing manager.
Can you help by giving me a range of where you are? Anyone in the Boston
area would be especially helpful, but anywhere is fine. If you prefer, you

Based on data I found, I think between $95,000-$106,000. What do you think?
