We had a decent program at Richland College, here in Dallas, that did
cover those things.  But the college was finding that corporations were
finding no value in educational certification programs and we didn't have
that many attendees.

We did include resume writing and creating online portfolios.  We had
Frame and RoboHelp included.   However, when the new versions came out,
the college didn't see enough enrollments to cover the cost of the
software upgrades.
