What Do You Recommend to Students for a Reference Book for Technical Writing

I use and recommend Burnett for our main service course, but I was
thinking more along the lines of a handbook, as others were listing,
than a full blown textbook (not that I answered the initial question
anyway) - I guess it depends how you define "reference."

What about Rebecca Burnett's Technical Communication, Wadsworth (5th or
6th edition by now)? Does anyone use it in their teaching?

I recommend
