Straub also wrote some articles on this in the late 90s that appeared in RTE. Perhaps one of those?

Hello
I wonder if someone has a good memory...

A few years ago I read an article comparing various tutors' approaches to giving students feedback on their essays. The tutors in question were quite well-respected figures in American TC academia (as far as I can remember). I cannot find this article again, I suspect partly because I am using keywords derived from British English.

Does this brief description ring any bells? Does anyone know of this article? Or at least could anyone tell me what appropriate words to use in a keyword search.
