Attitudes to research

I am a recent graduate of Arizona State University in the US. My Master's
project involved surveying technical communicator's attitudes concerning the
educational outcomes that define the technical communication curriculum at

Hello
I wonder whether anyone knows of a survey instrument to explore (MA)
students' attitudes to research in technical communication? I haven't been
able to find anything, but it would seem that members on this list have
access to journals I haven't in the UK. Or may be North American students
are less ambivalent about research then UK ones...?
In case no such instrument exists, would it be appropriate for me to post a
draft questionnaire that I've been working on, to get peer feedback?
