Attitudes to research

I am not sure how much grounding in theory you need for your project, but
at least you could look at beliefs, approaches, or intentions as keywords
for attitudes and your search for instrument. One name that comes to mind
is Russell H. Fazio (I think in Ohio State) who created accessibility
model. His theoretical work was used in development of many instruments.
