Hi, all-Remember our listserve exchange a few months ago about Don Bush's
Intercom article? FYI: The latest issue of Intercom contains my contribution
to that discussion (expanded, at the request of Intercom, after I had
forwarded my listserve message to Intercom's editor to signal my
disappointment in Bush's article). I hope that some of you will feel that my
"viewpoint" piece raises some of the issues that we all care about in a
helpful way. And, if not, I encourage you contact Intercom's editor to keep
on correcting the record.:-)-Lu
