Hi Austin,
We sure do appreciate your being interested in the Magazine Writing Panel
Discussion! We look forward to your Bio!
Having the Student Writing Competition winners during the 10 minutes before
our regular meeting is OK w/ me. Is it Ok w/ everyone else? We did this
last year w/ no problems.
Thank you,
Marian

That sounds great. I'll get you the bio soon. We are currently in the
process of judging entries for the Student Writing Competition. Can we
have 10 minutes at the beginning of the April 25th meeting to present
awards to our winners?

- Austin.

Hi Austin,
I don't think I've replied to you yet regarding the Magazine Panel
Discussion.
We want to have a Panel Discussion on Writing for Magazines at the April
25th Chapter meeting.
Basically anything you know about how to get started, types of articles,
pay
ranges, your story, etc. - all related to what it is like to write for
magazines or break into that market.
Are you interested?
If so, please let me know & send me a brief blurb about your magazine
writing experience & any other somewhat relevant experience.
We would like to post a brief bio of each panelist - qualifications,
i.e.
graduated w/ degree in Lot's O' Stuff. XXX Years experience in This &
That.
Info like that.
Thank You!!!
Marian

Thank you for considering me for the panel. Two quick questions:
1. When is the presentation?
2. What are we going to be talking about specifically?
