Reports to board and agenda items due today

Hi John & All,
I am meeting with Joy Owen tomorrow before the meeting to brainstorm about
Speakers & Program ideas for next year.  
She wants to help & I think she will be willing to be listed as Program
Committee Manager - but will clarify tmo.  She's concerned about becoming
overextended b/c she has limited time availability. 
Whitney Quesenbery cannot come in September - I am working on March - but
may have to move the meeting up a week to the 3rd Tuesday - waiting to hear
back from Whitney, LSC (DFW) was Ok w/ moving their meeting back a week to
accommodate sharing her expenses.  
This means we are no longer tied to a Seminar date & can talk about
preferences for timing.  
Next I will send out a reminder email to our Panel Speakers to make sure
they will all still be able to come next week.  
Do y'all think someone should call the library & see if we could extend our
meeting 1/2 an hour or so?  We never seem to be finished at 6:45.

Cheri is out of town so I'll collect the reports and agenda items. 

I have one:  the chapter survey I mentioned during the March business 
report.  I should have more for you later today. 

We meet tomorrow at the North Village branch of the Austin Public 
Library, 5:45 - 6:45 pm.
