I don't see a problem with this being posted on stc-austin-general. It is
commercial, but I think it's on-topic, and they have previous
relationships with STC groups. Plus, it sounds kinda cool.

[stc-austin-admin] hmmm....Fwd: Ajax workshop in Austin
Anybody have issues with posting this to stc-austin-general?
It is blatantly commercial and possibly of fringe interest. On the
other hand they give us a discount.
My inclination is to post it on Wed if I we don't have objections.

Designing and Building with Ajax with Jesse James Garrett & Yahoo!
Date: May 10, 2006
Last year, Jesse James Garrett's essay on Ajax sparked a wave of
excitement among Web designers and developers. This one-day event with
special guest Bill Scott from Yahoo!?s Ajax team can help you turn that
enthusiasm into practical knowledge, with design insights and technical
grounding to get your team started with Ajax application development.
We?ll cover the strategic consequences of Ajax for the industry, and talk
about best practices for Ajax application design.
