Website Blurbs for May Meeting

We went through the positions at the board meeting...Cheri and I have 
a solicitation to post. 

Seth should have the job descriptions (aka P&P document) and the 
strategy document on the web by the end of today. I want the 
solicitation to point to those documents so people can get a better 
idea of what the jobs entail.
