solidifying calendar dates for mtgs

Primarily for Tom's benefit, but also for others who want to know more 
about arranging a year's worth of meetings.

The email address for the UT/MCC contact for chapter meetings is Erica 
Douma--edouma at mail.utexas.edu.
The email address for the library contact for board meetings is Kathleen 
Knarski--Kathleen.Kanarski at ci.austin.tx.us.

I propose we put meeting scheduling for FY07 on the next board meeting 
agenda (May 16) and solidify the dates that evening so we don't risk lose 
our time spots to other organizations. Then Tom should contact Erica and 
Kathleen about reserving the dates agreed on. Meetings occur in September, 
October, November, January, February, March, April, and May. The December 
holiday is usually TBD until maybe October.

Tom, when the dates are solidified, please create a calendar. Attaching the 
2006 one that was modified from a screenshot at 
http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/.
