blogging guidelines for discussion

Team,

Tamara has developed a set of guidelines for discussion. Please review and 
be prepared to discuss at the Board meeting on Tuesday.

I have to comment that this has not been an easy job and Tamara has done a 
great job of drafting and reviewing the guidelines with Kendall, Ann, and me.

In other news, Kendall may be giving up the newsletter editor position. I 
don't have final notice yet.
