What I've been up to

Networking lunches
- I've been posting to the weblog as needed re: these
- Networking lunch at Freebirds, Hancock Center, on 1/19, was only 
lightly attended. This made me think that moving it around from place to 
place was a bad idea. Moved it back to Madras Pavilion for the 2/15 
lunch, and got 8 people. Working with that idea.
- On the other hand, Janet Swisher has volunteered to host the March 
one, at a more southerly location. So we'll see how that goes.

Website editing
I noticed that the mailto links on the officers page were plain HTML and 
pretty easy to harvest e-mails from for spam, so I mailed Seth and he 
gave me the info I needed to change the page. I added a little 
javascript to hide the mail addresses from spam bots...we hope. 
Suggestions are welcome...take a look at what I did on the officers page 
first though. I just used a script I got off the web; I chose the one I 
did because it claimed to be compatible across a wide range of browsers 
and options, and to degrade well if javascript is not available (a human 
can figure out the right e-mail if the javascript link doesn't work).
