Change to 2/28 Meeting

We need to add a Pre-Program meeting to the March Calendar for 6:30 PM.  
We can call it something like - 
"STC Transformation and the Effect on the Austin STC Community"
John, What do you think of that Title? 
Later we can put it on the Blog also.
