2/21 Board Meeting Notes and a favor...

Hello everyone,
 
 Here are the board meeting notes from the 2/21 meeting. Please take a look through and let me know if I missed anything.
 
 Also, I have a favor to ask. I will not be able to attend Tuesday's chapter meeting - I've got a deadline on Wednesday morning and will need to work late on Tuesday. Would someone be willing to take notes for me on Tuesday evening? I'd really, really appreciate that!
