January Boad Meeting notes

Hello everyone!
 
 Here are this month's board meeting notes. Please check 'em out and let me know if you have any changes - or answers to my questions, which are highlighted in yellow. 
 
 Also - Cheri - I'm PDFing past board meeting notes and don't have the October notes. I was out sick that night and I think you took the notes. I can't find the email you sent them in. Do you - or does anyone - have a copy of those notes so I can get them ready for posting?
