Answers:

1. Five names by the chapter meeting (1/24)
2. Delete item. We will use the Plone site but not as a replacement for the 
admin list.  There is discussion about moving the admin list to a Yahoo 
group, action item on me to continue investigation.
3. Kendall was the owner, I think.
