Our research indicated that yes, the names on the non-renewal list were 
accurate. The people I talked to mostly decided not to renew due to the 
perceived return on investment. When their company pressed for renewal 
only if the membership had measurable value to them, the employee chose 
not to renew. Other reasons were items that at a local level we have 
little control over, such as who gets the money, the national office or 
the local community.
