This is a good idea Andy has re: adding a column about this issue to the 
sign-in form.
I don't see why anyone would be upset by discovering that someone in the 
leadership was trying to find them a job, though.
Karen's point that we don't currently do much with the info we collect 
is well taken.

We could make a big impression on people by dedicating a
volunteer to contacting people who listed themselves as looking for work,
getting a statement re: what they're looking for, and making sure they 
are aware
of our jobhunt resources. 

It'd be more efficient to just add it to the sign-in form, but the high 
touch thing has
potential for us.

Might overlap with what Cheri is doing re: contacting new members, of 
course.

Adding something to the form seems like a good first step, in any case.
