Ad mixed in with resumes on Employment site

I was looking on our employment site and opened Allen Jones' "resume." It
appears to be an ad for his company rather than a resume. We should handle
this differently than resumes. This is really an ad for "Allen-Jones
Information Technology," disguised as a resume. We need to pull this.
