Ad mixed in with resumes on Employment site

As a person who accepts resumes frequently, I want to go to the STC site and
see individual's resumes. If it's a company, I want to see an ad for the
company.

I dunno, where do you draw the line for independent contractors...is a two
man contracting shop really more of a company then one person willing to do
contracting work? It's not quite the same as an agency, though we already
list them for free elsewhere:
