I agree. As a separate test, Andy Rogers could weigh in. He typically
operates as an individual but (I believe) subs out on occasion. He used to
have a listing on the Agencies page, though I don't see one now.
All listings on the resumes page should be resumes. What that means is
that the person whose name is on the resume is offering his or her
individual services for hire...to Cheri's point, hiring managers make
decisions on whether to engage individuals or agencies. It is important
that we support that decision by keeping those listings separate.
I would not have a problem with each of the two-person shop's principals
having a resume on the resume page *and* a listing under their company name
on the Agencies page. They would need to understand that by listing on the
Resumes page they are offering their individual services and that they
would not be free to sub out or switch if they listed this way.
If I heard a complaint that the resume was being treated as bait and that
subcontractors were hired to do work, I would de-list the resume on the
grounds that it did not meet the intent of the Resumes page.
