Agenda, Colby Award draft, Reports for tonight's board meeting

Was there supposed to be an attachment?

I have a couple of additional items:

- chapter report due 3/29 (will send out)
- chapter award application
- business meeting presentation

In that last item, I have some key points:

1. Chapter membership is rising
2. National is doing something different (SIGs vs. chapters, cutting off 
chapter funding)
3. We will need to be self-sustaining in 3 yrs, and we need to do some work 
to get there
4. Chapter survey coming (Mary Rio and I worked on this in Nov, need to 
push to get it out)
