March Board Meeting Notes

Hello everyone,
 
 Please take a look through the attached notes for the March board meeting and let me know if I've missed anything.
 
Has the size of the messages we can send on the stc admin listserv changed? Can we change it to accomate larger messages and attachments? I sent the notes out earlier and they were kicked back to me this evening with the following message:
 
Sorry, your message was not sent out to 'stc-austin-admin' because it is too large.  The maximum message size is 100k, and your 
message was 129k long.

And so I've attached the meeting notes as a zip file this time around.
