Wow, we already rescheduled someone else for a Saturday workshop who wanted
to speak on Nov 7th. It is Election Day & there was much concern about
having a meeting then. The Workshop/Seminar is tentatively scheduled for
9-12ish on Saturday, November 11th. We haven't pinpointed a location yet.
If he absolutely cannot make the 14th - would he be interested in doing the
Saturday morning event? They might even complement each other - the other
person is a FrameMaker expert.
Thank you,
Marian

Hello Marian,
Could we do Tuesday, November 7th? That would be the best day for Bret's
travel schedule.
Thanks,
Rachel

Hi Rachel,
Thanks for thinking of STC Austin!
We are still looking for a Nov speaker.
I am not exactly sure when we plan to meet that month.
Normally we meet on the 4th Tuesday- Networking at 6 PM, Program 7 - 8 PM.
Since that is after Thanksgiving this year, we may still meet on that date.
Or if Tuesday the 14th is better for Mr.
Freeman, we might be able to change it to this earlier date and avoid
Thanksgiving altogether.
Please let me know if either of those dates works for him.
Thank You,
Marian
