Brochure for hospitality table

Hi,

 

We provide the attached one page (front and back) brochure at the
hospitality table at meetings.

 

I cannot attend the May 23 meeting. But I'd like to have the brochure
available, 10 copies. If you are attending the meeting, could you please
help get the brochures to the hospitality table?

 

Option 1: Print 10 copies of the attachment and bring the brochures to
the meeting.

Option 2: Meet with me to pick up printed brochures, and then bring them
to the meeting.

 

Any other creative ideas accepted. Well, except carrier pigeons.
