Issue for board meeting--please discuss

Hi, Wanda,

I sent her a note right after you mentioned that she had provisionally
signed up, so that was probably late last week. I gave her my work phone
number and told her she could call me if she had any questions. I also
told her the survey was really easy to do now.

I just assumed that she hadn't had a chance to reply yet.

I'll send her another message and ask what she wants to do. I don't want
to push her too hard right now if "stuff" is going on.

Kay

Kay,

When I wrote Diana last week about running Salary Survey, she was
initially apprehensive because of recent distracting events in her
life. I told her I thought the time cycle for running the survey had
become greatly reduced because of Survey Monkey. I estimated the time
window to be from about early March to late May, and that the survey
might start far enough into the future that it wouldn't impact her as
immediately as some other offices might. She was amenable to getting
listed for now, and if she changed her mind and decided finally not to
do it, she would give plenty of notice.

When did you contact her? It's possible that the time you wrote her,
she might not have been up to replying and/or she was out of the
office. I suggest you write her a nudge note with mention that she and
I talked about her taking over Salary Survey and see if she's amenable
to having the account transferred to her, and with the same
reimbursement arrangement as yours. If you want, I can do the email as
a followup to her tentative agreement to be the Salary Survey
committee.
