I set up this account. It is a free account now, but we need to update it to
professional and send them a check for $200 for the year.  When we have a
salary survey owner, that person can change the other contact info. If we
like this, I'll go ahead and update it to a professional account. Then Kay
can  move the survey over. The only step after that is for the new Salary
Survey person to come on board and take it over! The current pw is
salary2006.  For the purpose of continuity, we should probably ensure that
the SS person informs the Director and at least one officer (or maybe all)
of the pw each time s/he changes it.
