Ah, well, this is a change! I finally got their Help to come up and they
now accept check and invoice payments for quarterly and annual
subscriptions. Our problems are solved. They don't require payment when
the account is opened, so Cheri, if you want to go ahead and turn your
account into a professional account, they will email you an invoice.

 

Once your professional account is set up, I will transfer the surveys
over to you, and then I will close my account by the end of the month. 

 

I'm glad they changed their policy, because I was trying to get them to
accept a check or invoice last year with no result.

I set up this account. It is a free account now, but we need to update
it to professional and send them a check for $200 for the year.  When we
have a salary survey owner, that person can change the other contact
info. If we like this, I'll go ahead and update it to a professional
account. Then Kay can  move the survey over. The only step after that is
for the new Salary Survey person to come on board and take it over! The
current pw is salary2006.  For the purpose of continuity, we should
probably ensure that the SS person informs the Director and at least one
officer (or maybe all) of the pw each time s/he changes it.
