Checking your mail on the STC Austin server

Would it be possible to check the stc account via a mail client and imap
rather than having them forwarded to my personal account? That way I
could still have thunderbird filter out the spam, but leave a trail of
mails I'd received in that account as a record of the resume request
activity. So if someone takes over the job, they'd have that record to
look back to.
Btw., I just tried connecting using "stcaustin.org" as the imap server
name...no luck.
