60 folks dropped Austin STC in April

As Anne mentioned, she got a report from STC that indicates 60 folks did 
not renew and were dropped from the rolls in April.
As of March we had 247 people. We thought we were looking at a >20% 
increase, but unless we added a lot recently, this will put us below the 
200 folks we started the year with.
