ACTION for ALL: need names of all committee mgrs and volunteers

COMMITTEE MGRS, PLEASE COMPLETE BY WED, MAY 24

I need the names and email addresses of all people who worked with you this 
year.

EXCEPTION:  publications competitions judges, who have already been feted 
and certificated. (Yes, that's a perverse noun verb-ization).

The email addresses are needed to send invitations to the Volunteer 
Appreciation Dinner, which will be on Tuesday, June 6 at Mangia Pizza in 
Northwest Hills (corner of Steck and Mesa).

Names will be printed exactly as they are provided.  I suggest a simple 
firstname - lastname format to keep things simple.
