Listserv questions: meeting sign-in sheets; authority to post to "announce" list

Hi, a couple of listserv items to discuss:
I'd like to add people to the stc-austin-general mailing list, but I can't
find the sign-in sheets for the monthly meetings. Can someone put them in
the Yahoo group space or e-mail them to jbecky at us.ibm.com?
Also, I notice that some of the e-mails that I think should go to the
chapter/community membership "stc-austin-announce" list go only to the "
stc-austin-general" list. For example, the notice about the seminar this
weekend. Not all of the people in the announce list are also in the
general list. Do I need to give additional people the authority to post
to stc-austin-announce for chapter/community-level notices, so the notices
can be sent to both lists?
I'll send out a note to the announce list reminding them that they can
also sign up for the general list to get announcements that are not
restricted to STC members.
