Policies and Procedures Word Document

Hi all-
I'm trying to locate the word file for our policies and procedures. There is a document on our web site that is accessed to via a policies and procedures link, but the document is titled Job Descriptions/Timetables. In any event, I do think this is the document I'm looking for. The problem is this is a pdf file, and I really need the word version, so I can see to any updates.

If you have this file, please send it on. If you know where I can get a copy of this file, please let me know.
