FW: Austin STC Member Labels?

The request is for a post-card mailing. I would recommend that Kay develops an email-based campaign because it is cheaper and you can find out who opened the email. I'm not sure if y'all have this capability but it would provide value to our list. Also, I'm okay with selling a set of printed labels - you can include a couple of red herrings to identify if someone is reproducing the labels without permission.

    Hi Glenda,
  Kay Ethier, our Seminar Speaker in November, wanted to know if we could get labels for all of our members for a postcard mailing about the FrameMaker 2006 Chautauqua conference we are promoting in exchange for the November Seminar presentation.  
  Do you have that capability?  Can you get together a member list with addresses for making labels? 
  I’m sure she would print them herself, if she could get the info.  
  She asked the STC Office about labels & they told her they don’t provide those anymore.  
  If you can help, please let me know.
  Cheri, Is this an appropriate thing for us to do?
