STC Forms Seminar -- Notes about accepting invitation

Sorry about the funky design on the STC seminar invitation. Evite would not allow me to edit it for some reason. If EVITE sent you the invitation, respond directly in Evite. If you received the invitation as a forward, through one of the STC mailing lists, or by some other means, you must send me an email first, so that I can add you to the Evite list. The email must contain only the subject line
