Volunteer Dinner Information Needed - Please Reply

Hello Austin STC Volunteers-
As we always do, it's that time of year to think about the wonderful volunteers we have in STC and about taking time to show some appreciation. As we begin to prepare for our annual volunteer appreciation dinner, I am writing to you today for some needed information:
 
Your name as you would like for it to appear on an appreciation certificate.
A current email address to use for contacting you.
 
If someone joined your committee or helped out and that person is currently not listed on the STC Officers web page, please send me their name and contact information.
 
In order to make certain that our volunteer roster is complete, please also let me know if you plan on staying in your current volunteer position or if you will be leaving your committee to take a break or pursue other interests. I'll be coordinating this information with the nominating committee so that we can try and have full coverage next year (or as full as we possibly can).
 
We've not yet set a date for the volunteer dinner, but we do plan on holding it at the Mangia Pizza on Mesa Drive. More information on that event to follow.
