Hi all-
The first draft of the 2007-08 Administration list of volunteers has 
been uploaded to the group (STC_Admin_2007_ 08.doc).

Please take a few moments to review this list and verify that the 
information I have for you and your team is correct. Feel free to 
change the document or notify me of any changes need to be made.

I wanted to extend a special thank you to this year's nominating 
committee (Cheri, Wanda, Tamara and John) for getting all these 
folks lined up for next year. If you would, please verify that the 
positions listed as open have not yet been filled. David Strebe has 
a potential volunteer to talk to, and I have two, but in order to 
proceed we'd like to know what positions are still open for certain. 
I know there were some folks that were still thinking about 
volunteering next year. I'd like to wrap that up so we know what 
we're left with to fill.

Currently I don't show any contact info for Graham Johnston, Ann 
Gentle or Melissa ??(never did get that last name), so please add 
that information to the file, or send it to me so that I can update 
the roster and get these folks added to our group and notified of 
this month's board meeting and the volunteer appreciation dinner.
