Annual reports?

I did it along time ago and I used Chicago for a style guide. As far as
I know, the proofreaders' marks are the same in most publications.

Hi,
Does anyone out there have any experience editing annual reports? what
style guide (and proofreader marks) do you typically use - Chicago, AP,
etc. ?
