Annual reports?

Hi Tracy:

For annual reports, I use the Chicago Manual of Style. For difficult grammar
problems, I supplement that with the Gregg Reference Manual.

For proofreader's marks, I use a couple that are a little different, so I
write out a "key" on the back of the first page of the document with
something like "mark" = 'delete.'

Sometimes I provide a photocopy of the marks, which are available in some
dictionaries, or the Gregg Reference Manual (which is the set I use). The
marks are on the inside of the back cover.
